All accepted and registered papers will be published on the Conference Proceedings (with ISBN). The best papers will undergo an extended review and will be published on special issues of important journals (ISI indexed). The journals will be announced later.

Important Dates

Based on the Colombian Standard Time (GMT –5).

· October 1^st (2009). Paper submission open.

· February 15^th. Deadline for paper submission.

· March 15^th. Notification of acceptance / rejection.

· April 1^st. Early bird registration open.

· May 31^st. Early bird registration close.

· June 1^st. Regular rate registration open.

· July 1^st. Deadline for presenters.

· July 21^st – 23^rd. Conference venue.

Paper submission

Spanish, Portuguese and English are the official languages of the conference. All papers must be written in either of such languages.

Participants must adhere to the following conditions:

1. The articles will be received for evaluation from October 1^st to January 31^st, while space is available.

2. Papers and their presentations must be written in the same language.

3. Only unpublished, high quality papers written following the guidelines of the attached format will be revised.

4. The submission of articles assumes that at least one of the authors intends to register and attend the conference.

5. Registered papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference, that is, published in the official book of the conference with ISBN registration as well as in the CD given in the welcome package.

6. Papers are limited to six printed pages
